Mcdonalds Monopoly?

Does anyone know about this, I've spend nearly 拢60 on trying to win a prize, I need one more of each set, i.e I have 3 out of 4 stations, it seems rather impossible to actually get the last ones, or dont they release them yet, I think this whole thing is a scam. what do you all think?Mcdonalds Monopoly?
The "missing" pieces are the only ones with any value to them - the other two of the three you need to collect to get a prize are common.

Whilst there are millions of food prizes on offer, there are a limited amount of 'valuable' prizes as specified on the game board. It's hardly surprising you've not happened across one given the millions of tokens they are giving out every day.

To say it is a scam is unfair - it is a fun game and there will be a lot of genuine winners - only problem is the chances of winning are probably only slightly better than the lottery! The game certainly enourages people to trade-up to larger meals, so from McD's perspective it is very successful.

The link below shows a breakdown of the 'return on purchase' (food items you can expect to win) based on the US version of the McDonald's game in 2006 - I think you might find it interesting.Mcdonalds Monopoly?
Yup its probably a scam - i need like 1 of everything to win, like out of all the green houses i need 1 and i only need 1 station etc and i havent got it for ages lol
Duh. They want you to think that you have almost won. So they'll make it easy to collect three and have only one or two of the one you need to make up the set. It seems to be a promotional technique that works.Mcdonalds Monopoly?
course its a scam..and it pulls people in like urself who are going to spend a fortune trying to win.in the end they will fabricate a winner. but they will be millions in pocket..
This is a classic marketing ploy/scam.

I remember one from the '70s where a petrol chain issued halves of pretend bank notes. The idea was that if you had matching halves you could claim the prize.

Turned out that there were millions of one half, but only a handful of the other!

People even took out adverts offering to pay for the rare halves.Mcdonalds Monopoly?
I dont think the winners will be released until the end of the competition if at all, theres no point in having all the 'prizes' gone at the start of the comp.

I dont think its possible to collect all the properties-theres only a certain amount of properties released and realistically, what are the chances of you collecting the full set and needing only 1 for this 1 property to fall into your lap.

I dont think its a scam, but i do think its nearly impossible to collect.

Check out ebay and local papers tho, maybe a campaign should be started to advertise the ones you do get on there!!
yes i do......
