I wouldn't call it "rigged"....It says in the contest rules that there is only (1) million dollar winner and (50) 50k winners...... So the odds that you win a big prize is pretty slim (about 1 in 5 million at best)Mcdonalds Monopoly?
It is possible to earn cash but you would have to circle the whole square for at least 3 to 10 times depending on your luck.

yea, boardwalk comes out at the very beginning so the person who gets it thinks it is a popular piece and when they find out it isn't they have already lost it.
